Faction theft/scamming is now legal!

This means that people can take money, points and items from factions, that isn't theirs, and it wont be against the rules.
Make sure your money/ items are in a safe place, with people you trust.

Merits and Honors!

There's been a whole new Award system implemented within Torn City.

The Merit system has also been changed, with only 'Incremental' merits available now.
Some new merit uses have also been added.

As you probably know by now, there's a new event on!

This information has been taken from various sources on the forum, and some TCB staff tests, so is not 100% confirmed. Help us help you, by informing us if we're missing info, or something's wrong.

TCB Plans
Also, we're currently in the process of giving TCB an overhaul.
We've dropped the ball a bit in the last few months, but you can look forward to an overhauled TCB in a short while.
This includes a new logo, site template style, new pages, and regular updates!

Chat

A new integrated Chat feature is being rolled out for TC.
Currently only some users have the Chat function, as it is still being tested.

For most users it displays as two or three basic grey tabs in the bottom right corner:

Update (2): Chat is now implemented for all users. You can control your chat rooms through the 'Chat' link in your side menu.
To completely remove chat (and to get full URL's), login into 'Mobile TC', which makes no other changes.
