How to make money in the stockmarket:
It's Simple: Buy Low, Sell High
- Know how many stock tickets you have available.
- Look for stocks with a low $ amount.
- Look at that stocks chart. Is it on a downward trend heading towards broke? If it is heading towards $0 give it till the next hour before making a decision to buy. If it gained a few points (dollars) then its worth the risk to invest in this stock. I usually wait two hours and look for two upward trends in a row.
- If you are not confident in the stocks you buy, leave 50% of your stock tickets available so you can bail out if you have to. Example: If you have 2000 tickets available, only spend 1000 on a risky stock. If it suddenly starts to spiral downward and crash, you need to use the remaining tickets to bail out before you lose your entire investment. I usually give it 6-12 hours of downward trend before I bail. It depends on the speed in which it declines.
- Remember the success of a stock depends on how many people have invested in it and stay invested in it. Look at the number of stocks that are bought. If that number suddenly drops significantly, expect to see a sharp decline in value.
- When you have invested in a stock and it has made $30 or more dollars more per share, start watching it closely. As soon as it has a slow in the trend like only making $1 last hour, or if it starts to decrease 2-3 hours in a row. SELL! Enjoy your profits!
- Keep in mind, this fake stock market is remarkably similar to the real thing and any one of the stocks can make you very wealthy or very poor.
I make between $200-$500k a week playing with stocks. Sooner or later you will hit it big, or go home without the shirt on your back. Play at your own risk.
Quick guide:
Buy cheap stocks that are heading up , and check them every hour. You can ride the upward flow because people will invest in stock that is going up. The second it starts to drop, hopefully by not too much at first, sell. As long as you sell in the first hour before everybody starts to sell, you should have earned a nice bit of money off the stocks rise, and have lost nothing in its fall.
Repeat.
Warning:
If a company stock value hits $0, you lose all stocks in that company!
