If TC has been down, and your DP days have still ben decreasing, Chedburn has often been nice enough to re credit them.

sorry this is another bug its says submit ticket whenever I try to log on what should I do?

TCB: Try using a proxy to log in. TC may be having trouble accessing your ip. Use proxies at your own risk- google them to learn more.

marriage have many bugs this should be repair. something there isn't pending purpose from both side but showing that u have pending purpose

You have to wait 3 days before you can donate, or be given money and points from a faction. You can, however, donate and recieve weapons, armour and medical items as soon as you join!
