† Each job point gives you the approximate equivalent of 1 train of that stat in the gym. Happy effects the gains, but steadfast does not

Max 5 nerve increases per day-
If the traded amount of nerve is more than your nerve bar, it will exceed it until it reaches the 5 minute intervals. So if you have 0/30 nerve and trade 33 job points for 33 nerve, you will have 33/30 and can use the extra nerve until xx:x5 or xx:x0 (12:00, 12:05, 12:35, etc.). If you don't use the EXTRA nerve by the next 5 minute interval, it will reset to your maximum nerve bar, in this case 30/30.

I don't quite get this, YOUR buy cost is reduced by 15% per rating? But you can't access your job when you're in jail right? If you have to use this before you get jailed, how long does it last?

TCB: No, the price it costs you to buy other people out is decreased. At least we're pretty sure... Also you don't have to access your job to use the special, it happens automatically

TCB: Crime exp is what crimes you can do: more crime exp= harder crimes. This is most often measured through the size of your nerve bar. Normal Exp is what controls your level.

Yes, it's best to have all of the positions filled in, and the ratios are very important. The jobs each contribute to one of the "Efficiency, Environment and Cleanliness" bars on the company screen, and more of certain positions are needed to keep each bar at 100%. For example, for all companies that I know of, very few cleaners are needed to keep the "Cleanliness" bar full, whereas, more workers (or more skilled workers) are needed to keep the "Efficiency" bar full, this is usually done by sales positions, such as "Salesmen/women, Clerks" Etc.
