Buying within TC:
You can also buy DP's from anywhere you can buy items. They can be sold in the item market and the auction house, but mainly the forums, under Trading Post > Buying and Selling Donator Packs.
Advantages of being a donator:
Purchasing a donator pack and using the item gives you a variety of new and better functions for your player. Some of the features are permanent, you have them if you have a donator status or not and the others are only temporary, they last as long as you're still a donator.
Friends List:
The friends list allows you to hold up to 50 players. The advantage of this is that it has quick links to mail and send money to any of your friends. You can even add/edit/remove a description to anyone on your list to help remind you why they are there.
Black List:
The black list is almost exactly the same as the friends list, except instead of having links to mail and send them money, there is a quick link to attack them.
Search Functions:
As well as having the normal player search, you get the option of using the Advanced Search which lets you search for players in much more precise detail:
You also get to use a search function in the main forums of TC. This lets you search for posts that have a specific keyword(s) or for a players id, for posts that they've posted.
Icons:
If you have your symbols activated, you will get a special one to show that you are a donator, and it will tell you how many more days you have of being a donator. To find that out, just hover your mouse above the symbol, like so:
You also get a little star 
next to your name in your profile so other people can tell that you are a donator, they too can hover their mouse over that to find out how many days you have left.
Energy:
Instead of having a maximum of 100 Energy, your max goes up to 150.
Also, the time it takes to regenerate your energy is increased too (5 energy evrey 15 mins for non donators and 5 energy every 10 mins for donators). so to refill the whole bar, it will still take 5 hours, but you'll have 50 extra!
Donator Forums:
These forums can only be seen by those who currently have a donator status. The talk in here can be about anything you please.
Points:
You get a bonus of 50 points when you use a donator pack item.
Coloured Names:
Instead of having your name in black in the forums and on your profile, it changes to a dark blue. This allows every/anyone to see that you are a donator.

Tagging: If you tag someone, you will automatically be shown if they are online in your sidebar. You can tag people in their profile, by clicking [Tag this person] You can use it to catch online TC helpers for instant help, to keep enemies in hospital when they're online, or just to keep track of friends. |

Mail:
You're able to send 1 message every 10seconds - instead of 1 mail every 60seconds for non-donators
Note book:
To get to this feature, go to the City, then under West Side there's a link called Notebook. This allows you to store notes/text about anything. Make sure you press the "Change" button to save your text, before you leave the page.
You can no longer access this information once your a non-donator, but all of the information will still be stored if you get donator status again.

so if i buy 2 DP from the auction house, and i use them both at the same time, i will get 100 points and 60days donator status?

Some people might go into the Points Building, and get a DP for 100 points. They know they don't get 50 points, but still do. Well, I found a way to get a DP, and a bit of money.
Sell the 100 points you have, for the price right now or something (23k.) Then, if you sell them all for 23k each, you will get 2.3 million. Then, you can buy a DP from someone. (Usually around 1.4mil-1.6mil.) Then, instead of having a DP with no points, you will have a DP with 50 points, and some money. Around 700k or so.

Think. If that happened everyone whould have hundreds of multiple accounts to get those free DPs and send it (or the money they would get for it) to themselves. Or you could stay on a low level forever to get the DPs constantly. Your idea is usless :¬P

i was put in fediral jail for no reason and donator packs u should give low lvl people at least 5dps a month tht way u will gt more people staying and coming on to this game take my advise dude
Were you by chance put in the federal jail for your dumb ideas, bad spelling and horrible grammar?
