You've got to be busting 3 times a day minimum also, and that's hard if you're a low level. I had the same issue, but knew it was due to the lack of available busting. I stayed on the music cds checking back periodically until I was able to continue. I'm good now on the electronics stall, just about finish up with it. I got my 20 nerve bar while still less than 2 weeks old. So, I'd say this guide is a good one, and everything is approximate.
