Non Playing Characters

NPC Stats
These are the stats of NPC's (Non Player Characters) encountered on Missions, or within TC.
If you are having trouble defeating a Mission NPC, you can compare their statistics to yours.
For instance, if their dexterity is higher than your speed you might not be able to hit them, and if you're not dealing enough damage you may have to get a better weapon or train more strength. You can find more information about statistics on the Training/ Stats tutorial in the menu.
Or you could always get a friend to help you beat them!

ive seen that the paws NPC has been active recently and does sell RPG's on the market starting at $1 but that quickly raises over the 48 hours

hey ppl.... uhm.. i seriously doubt the info on congenial, because i've got 1100 speed, and i barely hit him, like 2 or 3 times a fight, and i've got 250 dexterity, and he NEVER hit me (although he apparently has 1500 speed...), which seems sort of weird...

I have 3200 speed and 2000 dex and only hit Jefferson 2 out of 50 attacks. Are your numbers right? I had no problem against Neato...

what happens if we attack a npc like mouser?and do we mug or leave them?
TCB: Whatever you like. You don't get special rewards for attacking NPC's unless there's an event, or a related mission though.

IM lvl 5 and when i attack congenial i hit him once twice and i have 243 speeed and 95 dexterity and he never hits me at all dont you think thats a bit weird?

Recently attacked Neato with Kodachis.
He retaliated with knuckle dusters and then fists.
Didn't seem to have been wearing armour as I did full damages.
I'll be moving on to Jefferson and the Guard as my cashflow permits.

Attacked the Photographer and George with Kodachis again.
They went down tamely with fists. Again no signs of armour.

the stats for jefferson are so wrong its dumb...
how can he be lvl 10 with 11500 total stats? and how did i beat him when clearly at that time my stats were nowhere near his
TCB: We spy on NPC's to get their exact stats. If you think it's wrong, spy on them yourself, and we can adjust them accordingly. Speculation doesn't really help

Ahhh... let me relax in my mansion and relate my last 2 battles.
Jefferson? I stalemated once but beat him on the next attack with a decisive critical. My stats are defensive, so my str was not quite 1000. I should've had more than enough speed but still missed a lot.
Him and the Guard didn't even scratch me cause of my dex and def. Anyway, they both took a small amount of my damage and simple calculations revealed that they both were wearing leather vests (0.025).

The_Hamster is no longer Status: NPC.
Killed Prime recently. Nothing much to say since people who get this far should know what they're doing. For equipment, he attacked me with a kitchen knife and calculations show that he too wears a leather vest.

Mouser/randi is now underpants. also when i checked last action 2 days ago and a director at aq company and no longer NPC. Also, mouser/underpants has 9,000 life now.

Killed Superior today, will upgrade house as soon as investment comes in. Heheh. Even with 95k speed I only hit around twice before stale-mating. So take note. Additionally based on my calculations, the armour multiplier is between leather and flak. ie) Chainmail and said multiplier came up to be 0.055.

Is Paws and Hamster ataul NPC's or people play as them. The reason i ask is because they don't have NPC, but i wouldn't put them at that either. The reason i ask is because when i looked the Hamster has 3 days ago inactive and Paws has 12 days inactiveity.

some of that is a lie, you need to update them coz my dex is only 1000 while neato's speed is 2500, and he always misses me

Sorry, but paws has far more strenght, how can someone with 25m strenght hit 2 billion, yes, 2 billion with an RPG?

Hi!
I'm level 5 and I have no friends who can help me.
I can't beat congenial, I can hit him like 6-7 times for little damage.
How can I reach that kind of stats? Is there some kind of training I haven't heard of?
What kind of weapons should I have for my level?
Sorry to bother you, but I don't really know how a level 5 can do this mission!
PS: Please write the labels even on the second table, as it is a little difficult to read!
TCB: It's hard to get your stats up at the start- Keep training and you'll get there. We recommend spending money on better housing, or banking it, rather than buying weapons, but that's up to you.
