Dirty Bomb

The Dirty Bomb can be used upon an enemy faction.
Effects:
- an unkown % of Faction Respect. (resulted in -10,000 and -15,000 respect previously)
Target Faction Members lose 100% Happy, and up to 60 hours hospital time. This time cannot be reduced through medical Items (Apart from the Neumune Tablet, which cures all hospital time), or revives.
You can't target peaceful factions.
Large amounts of innocent bystanders are also randomly hospitalized due to radiation effects.
Creating the Bomb:
To create a Dirty Bomb you must be in a faction with over 1000 Respect.
You can then create a Laboratory (Cost: $200,000,000).
The faction leader must have completed the Physics Education course.
You will need 100 Cesium-137's, as well as a Hazmat Suit to create a Dirty Bomb.
Players from your faction may randomly go to hospital with 'mild radiation poisoning' for around 5 hours while creating the bomb- You can detect which faction/s are creating a Dirty Bomb by monitoring the hospital for people with these effects.
Once the bomb has been created it is added to the faction leaders items.

They also said the leader of the faction who making the bomb need to do a physic course before he/she can make the bomb.

is there any "red" results when planting the dirty bomb, i.e. explodes and your in the radiation area? and get sent to hospital?

If I were them, I'd use them all at once, on the same faction (to destroy it). That being said...I'm kind-of surprised that no one has tried using them on JFK yet.
You say it takes 100 cesium to make it.....how long does the construction process take? 1 week? 30 days?
