price would be however much it would take to get someone to part with it, my guess it multi millions. as for how do you get it read the top of the page, aslo players that had them are listed with there ids at the top of this page too. to find out who has them now you would have to message the original players who got them and if they dont have them anymore they may not even know who has them now.
