a few answers:

no, you can't use a vault in a rented property, and the property owner pays upkeep if the renter is single, if married, both pay.

Tissues do add happy, but up to a maximum of 20% of your happy... so say you have 1000 happy, and you overdose, you can use tissues up to 200 happy. beyond that, they do nothing.

holiday items cannot exceed max happy or energy... in fact, if you take them while over your max for whatever reason, it drops you back to max. same goes for pixie sticks... example: take xanax, have 250 energy, then eat a rare candy, you will have 150 energy.

a few days ago, I added the buy prices for stat enhancers, and removed the sell price for RPG launcher.. also fixed some of the item infos that were missing/incorrect

I'm going to spend the next week or two fixing up all the pages, removing any that require too much work/ go out of date too quickly, and finally putting in an item list that is easy to navigate and edit, on a single page (yaay).
