Every time i try to connect to torn city i get the message 404 not found, unable to connect to host.

I have cleared my cookies and cleared the cache, i have also tried different browsers but it still doesn't load.

Has the site changed it's address, having problems or just having some scheduled downtime that i have not noticed?

Are you sure it's "404 error" .. that means the page is NOT found by the server.. i.e. it doesn't exists on the server.

Try navigating to " www.torn.com " on Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, all browsers you have to see if it's that.

But if you have cleared your cache as you said, I can't be sure or have any idea why that's happening.. Best give it another go and reply if there's any change.

I also have had this problem for some days now. I´ve tried clearing everything and I´ve tried 7 diffrent browsers. I get the "The connection was reset" page.

I have tried every browser i can think of, i have reset pipelines and even tried altering the last three digits on my IP, and i still get the message 404 error could not connect to host, really got me confused

Hmm, again, if it's saying '404 not found' then the server can't find the page you're requesting.

Try googling 'Torn' and click on the page through there.

if that still doesn't work, try going to ' www.torncity.com ' - that may work, I have no idea, as I'm not experiencing ANY problems.

Just an update.

I have tried updating all browsers just to see if that's it but it isn't. I have also tried both "torn" and "Torncity" while searching in the browser and in google but it still gives the 404 Error message

I have done some searching into what other people have had to say and something about my ISP not being compatible with the servers that they are using. Apparently this can be sorted by just getting in touch with them, but before i got in to that i was just wondering what ISP people are on here?

I'm from the UK and use Virgin Media.
