I heard that if you request to surrender, it automatically happens after 7 days, and that there is no "Refuse/Decline" button.

2. If it's true, then what's the point of offering money for surrender?

I was once offered a surrender but couldnt find the spot to Accept it, or to turn it down.
Then I offered it also and it was accepted.
Could be that when both Factions surrender it auto happens.

And I think, when you surrender to me, but I attack after your surrender that the surrender itself is gone by default.

The point of offering money for surrender --> you pay the other Faction to stop any attacks on your Faction, in which case the war will be over.

But perhaps a more War Like Faction Member can give a more correct answer to this.

If you offer money for a surrender, the other faction is not obliged to honor the deal. You can be scammed very easily this way, not to mention that word will spread that you are easy to extort, even if that faction stops its attacks.

Finish wars within the framework provided.
