1 Job point = 10 energy train.
Happiness will effect them aswell so the higher the happy, the higher you gain.
Tip:
You gain more by claiming your stats everyday than all at once.. but if you do it all at once you might aswell take estasy with it.
(sorry I can't spell and my grammar is terrible... I'm like half asleep)
