You can find his stats on the NPC page- Try to beat him and claim the $100,000,000 bounty!
Congratulation to Evil_Cockney for collecting the bounty!

Christmas Town was also released, along with 6 new collectibles to be found.
You can find the locations and effects of these items in Items > Christmas 07/08
Christmas town was ended on the 27th.

I haven't found a single holiday special. Anyone else notice this for '08? Last year I found plenty of items.
