Updates to Torn City:- You can now attack, mug, and otherwise war while in other countries. Hospitals are now overseas. This should make faction warfare a bit more interesting.
- Faction Peace Treaties and Non-Aggression Pacts (NAP) - This is now a trade function, so you can "officially" trade for these faction agreements.
- 10x Faction Ranks
- 50+ new items
- You must stay in a new faction for 7 days
- Rehab decay
- Peaceful factions removed from the Hall of Fame

item IDs 391 through to 440 are the ones that have been added prior to the dubai update and the '09 mr/s tc
a few interesting ones, the suitcases would be very handy for runners (419, 420, 421)
also quite a few new items that i'd imagine are purely for taking more cash out of the economy
nothing in comparison to the dubai items mind
a few new rifles that, if you have the cash to blow, seem to be incredibly good
[note to tcbasic staff: if you want me to go travelling abroad finding out prices etc, send me a mail in game, i'm more than happy to, just dont want my time to be wasted if other people are already on it]
