Merits and Honors!

There's been a whole new Award system implemented within Torn City.

The Merit system has also been changed, with only 'Incremental' merits available now.
Some new merit uses have also been added.

I can confirm that the leopard skin and the zebra skin is to do with Hunting. My guess would be is that you have to kill a leopard and a zebra in order to unlock them.

for the health up merit, does it increase 5% of your real health?
as in if at level 25, real health is x, and i used the merit twice. It becomes x + 10% of x.
And if I upgrade, with new real health of y (hp of players who never spent hp merits), it becomes y + 10% of y?
