Here's a list of updates taken straight from the forums!

Updates include:

Notebook:

• Addition of a user notebook where you can record any information you want to store. Handy for remembering who you loaned money to.
  This option is for donators only and found in the city.

Crimes:

• New crimes now going up to 18 nerve
• Changes to existing crimes
• Additions to many of the older crime areas including search for cash!

Companies:

• -34 New and unique jobs
• Each company completely customisable and run by one player
• Company popularity and income affected by other companys of that type
• 2+ unique and secret specials for every job i.e Lawfirm makes busting easier depending on company rating.

Items:

• Addition of one use items similar to Parachutes
• Addition of items for certain crimes
• Addition of new armours

Car Racing

• Addition of Torn City Race Track
• Two types of racing avaliable at this time
• Customizable cars with parts upgrades based on wins.
• User versus User drag races

Small Changes

• Hospitalize merit increased to 10 minute bonus
• Being heavily addicted to drugs now does not affect ODing
• Awareness merit greatly boosted
• Hunting optimized and cap increased to 100
