Time it will take to regenerate the following, from it being at zero:

Energy:
100 energy - 5hrs (non-donators)
150 energy - 5hrs (donators)
(Regenerates 5 Energy every 15mins for non-donators or 10mins for donators)

Happy:
100 happy - 5hrs
110 happy - 5hrs 30mins
125 happy - 6hrs 15mins
150 happy - 7hrs 30mins

350 happy - 17hrs 30mins
400 happy - 20hrs
450 happy - 22hrs 30mins
500 happy - 25hrs
600 happy - 30hrs

10 nerve - 50mins
15 nerve - 1hr 15mins
20 nerve - 1hr 40mins
25 nerve - 2hrs 5mins
30 nerve - 2hrs 30mins
35 nerve - 2hrs 55mins
40 nerve - 3hrs 20mins
45 nerve - 3hrs 45mins
50 nerve - 4hrs 10mins
(Regenerates 1 Nerve every 5mins)

Health:
maximum health - 1hr 15mins
(Regenerates 1/5 of maximum Health every 15mins)

Shortcuts:
Drug Rehab Centre - Travelling to Switzerland and rehabilitating will restore your Happy to 100%, however, rehab costs $250k
Game Consoles - Playing on game consoles instantly regenerates a certain amount of Happy per 5 Energy

  • Playstation - gains of 8 - 15 Happy per 5 Energy
  • XBox - gains of 8 - 15 Happy per 5 Energy
  • XBox 360 - gains of 15 - 20 Happy per 5 Energy

It seems to me that happiness is regenerates 5 every 15 minutes. Is there some other factors that cause it to regenerate slower?

i have try quit job when i OD ecstacy .. but i gain normal happy with 1-5 happy 15 minute ...

That's actually pretty good for a level 6. Skip the Larceny crimes, they're not beneficial at all to your crime experience, they give almost nothing. Look at the crime page for recommended crimes (I recommend Thorough Robberies).

Go back to pickpocketting for a while (300-500, anyway Tim won't complain) and try to move back to the robberies, starting with the low ones and going up everytime you get enough tries without being jailed...
