Forum Signature
Your forum signature is an image and/or text that goes beneath what you post in the TC forums.
The maximum size you can have for your forum signature is 150x500 pixels or 10 lines of text. So if you have an image that is 150x500px then you cannot have any additional text.
Here's some examples of what is allowed:
Image 150x500 with no text
Image 90x500 with four lines of text
Image 60x500 with six lines of text
No image and 10 lines of text

Faction Image
Your faction image is viewed in your faction profile and can be seen by anyone. This can only be added/changed by the faction leader.
The preferable size for faction images are 100x400 pixels. If it is any bigger it will be automatically resized down to those dimensions and if it is smaller than that it will be stretched to those dimensions.
To edit this go: My Faction > Staff Room > Faction Image
Profile Image
Your profile image is an image everyone can see, it is on the right of your Torn City profile.
The preferable size for profile images are 200x150 pixels. If it is any bigger it will be automatically resized down to those dimensions and if it is smaller than that it will be stretched to those dimensions.
To add your image, you need to be using Internet Explorer or you will not be able to upload your picture. So if you're using another browser, all you need to do is open up IE, login and then upload what you need, then you can go back to your preferred browser.
To edit this go: Preferences > Your Image
Profile Signature
Your profile signature is the bit at the bottom of your TC profile labeled "profile signature" (duh), this can be seen by everyone.
There are no restrictions to how big this signature can be (unlike the forum signature).
To edit this go: Preferences > Profile Signature

BBcode
Bulletin Board Code is almost just like html tags, but made specifically for things like forums and ease of use. Anything editable in TC uses BBcode.
To add images using BBcode you need to have your image hosted on either a file hosting site or to just steal it off any website. Once you've done that you need to get the direct URL to the picture (e.g. http://www.torncity.com/images/logo.jpg). Then all you need to do is put it in between [img] and [/img].
So the concluded result would be:
[img]http://www.torncity.com/images/logo.jpg[/img]

there are many colours, but say you want red...

TCB: If you have the code for a flash game (that's on the internet), you should be able to put it into your profile using the 'flash' tags.

TCB: You should be able to fit as much as you want into your profile signature. (not your forum signature)
If you are using a symbol such as '>' the signature may stop at that point because it is a security risk (<, > and some other symbols can be used to execute code), and it may not display the rest. Otherwise it may be a bug.
